I believe osteopathy is a distinct discipline like no other. My objective is to help patients through structural hands on techniques, as well as exercise and lifestyle advice in order to facilitate the body to maintain a state of structural health, and in turn, enable the improvement of its function. In my professional career I have acquired a wealth of experience in treating and managing a variety of musculoskeletal injuries such as lower back, neck and shoulder pain.
In my spare time, I enjoy staying active through sports such as cricket, golf and going to the gym. I also love exploring my surroundings on motorcycle adventures with friends and family.
I graduated from the University College of Osteopathy in London; I am also a trained sports massage therapist and I am used to working with people of all lifestyles and backgrounds.
