About Me

“I see osteopathy as a unique approach to healthcare. My aim is to support the body’s natural ability to recover by using hands-on techniques, alongside advice on exercise and lifestyle. Osteopathy can play a valuable role in reducing pain, improving function and supporting overall wellbeing”.

Who I Am and How I Work

My clinical interests include recovery and the factors that influence long-term health. I’m particularly interested in how exercise and everyday habits influence pain and wellbeing.

I completed my Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy in London, where I gained extensive training in anatomy, physiology, clinical assessment and hands-on treatment.

Much of my work focuses on helping patients manage symptoms, restore function and regain confidence in their bodies during recovery.

I take an open-minded approach to healthcare, recognising that recovery is rarely one-dimensional and that different approaches can often complement one another. My aim is to provide evidence-based, practical care that supports efficient recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Outside clinic you’ll usually find me outdoors, in the gym, or exploring new places. Movement has always been an important part of my life, which strongly influences how I approach rehabilitation and patient care.

Training and Professional Standards

Osteopaths in the UK are highly trained healthcare professionals. We complete a minimum of four years undergraduate study covering anatomy, physiology, clinical diagnostics and hands on skills, along with over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice.

All UK osteopaths are registered with the general osteopathic council (GOsC) which ensures we meet national standards for safety, training and ongoing professional development.

Helping you move well, feel better and stay active

Staying mobile and strong is something I genuinely believe in; it’s not just about feeling better now – it’s also about supporting your long term health, so you can keep doing what you love, for as long as possible.

That belief shapes the way I work. My approach is rooted in hands-on experience and a real understanding of what it means to stay active. Through tailored, practical care, I aim to support you through pain, recovery, or simply moving with more ease.

Everyone’s story is different. I’ll always take the time to listen and work with you in a way thats realistic, evidence-based, and centred around what matters to you most – without pressure or assumptions, just care that helps you get back to what you love.
